Cake:1 Angel food cake store bought1/4 cup coffee1 tablespoon Kaluha or more if you likeIn a small bowl combine coffee and 1 tablespoon liqueur set aside.
Filling:1 8 oz. container mascarpone or you can use cream cheese in a pinch1/2 cup powdered sugar2 tablespoons Kahlua
Frosting:2 cups heavy cream or if you want to substitute use whipped non dairy topping1/4 cup powdered sugar2 tablespoons Kahlua
Garnish:2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa1 bar of good grade chocolate made into curls for the topIce cream hot fudge topping sauce mixed with 1 teaspoon Kahlua
Beat mascarpone with 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons liqueur until smooth. Cover and refrigerate.In another bowl using an industrial mixed or hand mixer beat the heavy creame with 1/4 cup powdered sugar adding 2 tablespoons of liqueur, beat until thick. Fold 1/2 cup of the heavy cream mixture into the filling in the refrigerator.Carve out the center leaving the outer wall of the angel food tube cake to make a tunnel. Pour the reserved coffee mixture all over the hollowed out cake evenly. Carefully add the filling with a tablespoon to fill the tunnel with the cheese mixture. Spread the entire cake with frosting. Garnish with cocoa, hot fudge sauce. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
